The Cumberland County Board of Elections works in conjunction with the Cumberland County Clerk, Cumberland County Municipal Clerks, and the Division of Elections to conduct and uphold the integrity of all elections held throughout the County of Cumberland according to New Jersey’s Election Laws Title 19. The Board of Elections is responsible for maintaining accurate records of permanent registration for all eligible voters within the County.
